TRNSD

Terms of Service

1 About these Terms

These Terms govern access to the TRNSD website, mobile application, membership portal, and related services (the “Service”), operated by TRNSD, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado (“TRNSD,” “we,” or “us”).

When the final Terms are presented for acceptance, you must have an opportunity to read them before agreeing and using the relevant Service. The separate Privacy Policy explains our processing of personal information; accepting these Terms is not a substitute for any specific consent required by law. Additional purchase or feature terms apply only when disclosed to you. This draft itself does not collect agreement or authorize a payment.

2 Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter the agreement, and use the Service lawfully. Do not use another person's account, impersonate another person, misrepresent your age, or evade an active restriction or permanent revocation.

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Notify us through Contact if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for your own misuse and for taking reasonable account-security precautions; you are not automatically liable for every unauthorized act by another person.

TRNSD may use proportionate, privacy-conscious anti-abuse measures to prevent repeated applications, circumvention, and automated abuse. A shared network or household is not, by itself, proof that two accounts belong to the same person. Temporary restrictions may apply while a matter is reviewed. Internal detection methods are not public.

3 Membership access

TRNSD is a membership-based, trans-centered dating and community platform. Account credentials and application submission do not grant access to protected member areas. Active membership is required for those areas, subject to applicable restrictions and feature eligibility.

Community Membership is complimentary upon acceptance for trans and gender-diverse applicants. Guest Membership is for cisgender applicants seeking genuine connections within the community. Its one-time purchase occurs only after acceptance. Membership pathway is private administrative information, not a public dating-profile label.

Gender identity is self-attested. TRNSD does not verify gender through appearance, medical history, legal markers, voice, or identity documents. Attraction to trans people is not itself a violation or an adverse membership criterion.

4 Applying and saving progress

An authenticated account is required to apply. The process may include identity information, relationship intentions, written responses, assessment scenarios, an intended primary profile photo, acknowledgments, and an optional referral. Pronouns, orientation, and location belong to the separate profile and Discovery experience rather than being collected merely for admissions.

Unfinished applications autosave. You may edit them before submission except that assessment responses lock when you select Complete Assessment. Assigned questions and answer order persist; reopening or changing accounts must not be used to bypass assessment restrictions. No response-speed scoring or applicant-facing result is provided.

Review your answers before submitting. Submitted responses generally cannot be changed directly; request corrections through support. You may withdraw before acceptance. Withdrawal closes the application, ends pending verification where reasonably possible, and releases a reserved referral where eligible. It is not a decline and creates no rejection cooldown.

An unfinished application inactive for approximately 90 days may be closed after warning and handled under the applicable retention policy. Inactivity closure is not rejection, and a fresh application may be started, subject to otherwise applicable restrictions.

5 Screening and human review

Membership review considers authorized application evidence relating to consent, privacy, boundaries, respect, honesty, dating conduct, and community standards. It must not depend on attractiveness, race, disability, body type, wealth, popularity, perceived transition status, whether someone “passes,” or a reviewer's personal desire to date the applicant. Optional social profiles are not required; having none is not a disadvantage.

Automation may organize information or provide advisory assistance, but it does not make the final Accept, Waitlist, or Decline decision. Applicants who satisfy mandatory verification receive human final Membership Review. No single assessment response or overall score automatically declines an applicant. TRNSD does not promise acceptance.

If you voluntarily submit a social profile for screening, it must remain publicly accessible during screening, normally estimated at 3–5 business days and longer until a screening status is issued. You may choose not to submit social profiles. Contact support if access needs to change for privacy or safety reasons.

6 Decisions and activation

An application may be Accepted, Waitlisted, or Declined. Normal review is estimated at approximately 3–5 business days, not guaranteed. A waitlisted application remains under consideration with no action required unless we request it. The estimate no longer applies once waitlisted; we do not provide a queue position or acceptance probability.

Accepted applicants have 30 days to activate. Community applicants activate complimentary membership; Guest applicants complete any required one-time payment. A failed payment does not reverse acceptance, and it may be retried within the activation window. After expiration, you may request reactivation, subject to an appropriate review of material changes.

A declined applicant may use the website's available appeal process. A different authorized reviewer must consider the appeal. Support cannot promise a different outcome or bypass mandatory eligibility or verification requirements.

7 Identity and age verification

Mandatory verification uses a third-party provider for identity, age, and photo/liveness checks. The provider collects required identity documents and verification materials under its own notices and applicable agreement. TRNSD's privacy architecture is designed to retain only necessary outcomes and status metadata, not raw government-ID images, document numbers, legal-name documentation, verification selfies or videos, or raw biometric and liveness materials.

Membership Reviewers receive authorized verification indicators, not full date of birth or raw verification artifacts. Verification does not establish gender identity, character, intentions, compatibility, background, or safety, and it cannot eliminate impersonation or other risk.

The verification window is 30 days after Verification Required. Reminder targets are days 3, 14, and 27. Incomplete verification closes as Verification Incomplete, not a decline, with no rejection cooldown. Provider controls determine retry eligibility. Mandatory verification cannot be waived by a reviewer.

8 Verification badges and progression

Photo Verified, ID Verified, TRNSD Verified, and Trust Level are distinct concepts. XP reflects participation, not popularity or a person's worth. Trust progression and badges are not endorsements or guarantees that anyone is safe.

Optional enhanced screening and TRNSD Verified remain unavailable until the required provider, policy, and legal approvals are completed. These Terms do not authorize background screening, promise a clean background, or state that a consumer-reporting use has been legally approved.

9 Referral codes

Eligible Community Members may receive up to three unique single-use codes each calendar year. Allocations reset January 1 and unused prior-year codes expire. A valid referral reduces the accepted Guest purchase price from $40.00 to $24.99; it never improves approval likelihood or bypasses screening, verification, review, or enforcement.

A code is reserved at submission and consumed on acceptance. Decline, withdrawal, or closure without acceptance releases it where it remains eligible and unexpired. Referrers cannot view the applicant's application or status. Selling, transferring for compensation, or abusing codes is prohibited. Revocation invalidates the referrer's unused codes without undoing the memberships of previously accepted referred Guests.

10 One time Guest purchase

The proposed Guest Membership price is $40.00 once, or $24.99 with a valid Community referral. The final checkout must identify currency, taxes, total cost, and seller before purchase. There is no application fee, and payment cannot buy acceptance, Trust, favorable moderation, or verification.

The proposed policy is no voluntary refund after purchase merely because a Guest changes their mind. This does not limit legally required refunds, consumer remedies, payment-platform obligations, or valid dispute rights. Later revocation may result in forfeiture only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Required disclosures must appear before payment, not only in these Terms.

A Guest who voluntarily deletes an account and later returns in good standing must reapply and complete current verification and review, but is not charged the one-time fee again when prior payment and good standing are confirmed. A later change to Community identity does not itself require reapplication or entitle the member to a voluntary refund of the earlier Guest purchase.

11 Optional subscriptions and purchases

Any Core, Orbit, Galaxy, or other optional in-app subscription is separate from Guest admission. Availability, included features, price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and applicable refund rights must be disclosed at purchase. These Terms do not activate an undisclosed subscription.

For purchases billed through Apple or Google, use the applicable store's subscription-management and refund processes. Deleting an account may not cancel a separately billed store subscription; review and cancel it through the billing platform. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged. Trust, membership approval, and moderation immunity are never for sale.

12 Community conduct

Respect other members' identities, autonomy, privacy, and boundaries. Consent must be freely given and can be withdrawn at any time. A match, previous intimacy, gift, payment, or move off the Service does not establish consent.

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, deliberately demean through misgendering, engage in targeted hate or abuse, out someone, disclose private identity information without permission, coerce intimacy, exploit people financially, impersonate others, commit fraud, evade restrictions, or use the Service for illegal activity.

Harmful objectification, coercive or unsolicited transactional sexual solicitation, unauthorized commercial solicitation, and privacy violations are prohibited. Attraction, consensual preferences, casual intentions, and an individual's right to decline intimacy are not themselves misconduct. Do not treat another person as entitled to satisfy a fantasy or as purchasable.

Do not share private profiles, messages, photos, or conversations without authority. This restriction does not prevent lawful reporting to authorities, obtaining legal advice, preserving necessary evidence through appropriate channels, or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Avoid unnecessary disclosure and outing when seeking help.

13 Content and platform rights

You retain ownership of your content. You grant TRNSD a nonexclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, deliver, secure, and moderate the Service consistently with your settings and applicable notices. Service providers may act on our behalf for those purposes. This license does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your image or sale of your identity.

You must have the rights and permissions required for content you upload. TRNSD may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Deleted content may remain for limited backup, legal, or safety purposes under the retention policy; deletion does not necessarily remove copies independently retained by others.

TRNSD's branding, logo, software, design, and original platform materials remain the property of their owners. No right to reproduce the brand commercially is granted. Unauthorized scraping, automated extraction, reverse engineering, or circumvention is prohibited to the extent lawful, without restricting rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

14 Dating and personal safety

Screening, verification, reporting, moderation, badges, Trust, and safety features can support risk reduction but cannot eliminate risk. TRNSD does not guarantee any member's identity, intentions, conduct, background, compatibility, or safety.

Use your own judgment when communicating, sharing information, moving conversations elsewhere, disclosing location, and meeting in person. Respect another person's decision to stop communicating or decline a meeting. Interactions and meetings carry inherent risks. Nothing in this section removes legal obligations that TRNSD owes to you.

Serious off-platform conduct may be considered when reasonably connected to member safety, platform abuse, or membership standards. Decisions must be proportionate, based on available evidence, and handled through authorized processes rather than treating an allegation as proof.

15 Date Safety and location

Available check-in and location features are optional tools, not emergency services or a promise of rescue. Precise sharing must be explicitly enabled, temporary, revocable, and limited to authorized recipients. Matching with someone does not automatically share your precise location with them.

Review recipients and expiration before sharing and stop sharing when appropriate. Connectivity, device permissions, or other technical problems can delay or prevent delivery. A recipient may retain information already received even after access is revoked. Do not rely on TRNSD as your sole safety plan. Contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is needed.

Features not yet available, including external-contact delivery or background location capabilities, are not promised by this draft.

16 Enforcement and appeals

Enforcement may include warning, temporary restrictions, suspension, Membership Review, and revocation. Serious violations may justify skipping intermediate steps. TRNSD may restrict content or access where warranted, subject to applicable law and the approved enforcement process.

Permanent revocation makes a person ineligible to reapply unless overturned through the authorized appeal process. One revocation appeal is available and must be reviewed by a different authorized decision-maker. Access remains revoked while it is pending. Communications may use general reason categories without disclosing reporters, private evidence, or security methods, while preserving disclosures required by law.

17 Application fraud and reporting

Confirmed membership fraud requires clear evidence of intentional deception designed to obtain or circumvent membership requirements. Mistakes, ordinary inconsistencies, and evolving identity are not automatically fraud. An unsubstantiated report creates no strike, Trust reduction, or adverse membership consequence merely because it was filed.

The Membership or Application Fraud pathway requires a written explanation and permits textual context, not file uploads. Reporter identity remains confidential from the reported member, subject to lawful disclosure obligations. Knowingly fabricated or weaponized reports may themselves be addressed through enforcement. Senior authorized Trust and Safety staff determine confirmed fraud.

18 Privacy and third parties

The separate Privacy Policy must explain collection, purposes, retention, rights, and service providers before launch. Sensitive identity information, application information, messages, location, and moderation records require purpose-limited access. These Terms do not replace required sensitive-data consents or authorize collection of verification materials that TRNSD is designed not to hold.

Verification, payment, authentication, communications, and other vendors may have their own terms and privacy notices. Features and providers are subject to the approved implementation and relevant disclosures; naming a category here does not mean every service is active. Third-party terms do not waive TRNSD's own legal responsibilities.

19 Copyright complaints

Report suspected infringement to [DESIGNATED DMCA AGENT CONTACT]. A notice should identify the protected work and material at issue, provide enough location information for us to find it, include contact details and a signature, and contain the legally required good-faith and accuracy statements.

Where the statutory process applies, an affected uploader may submit a compliant counter-notice identifying removed material, explaining a good-faith belief of mistake or misidentification under penalty of perjury, providing required contact and jurisdiction statements, and signing it. Applicable statutory procedures govern forwarding, restoration, and disputes. TRNSD will maintain an appropriate repeat-infringer policy where required. The designated agent must be confirmed before release; this placeholder is not a functioning statutory notice channel.

20 Availability and disclaimers

Features may be beta, geographically limited, dependent on device support, or subject to membership and safety requirements. We may change or discontinue features where lawful and provide notices required by law or an applicable purchase agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular connection outcome, or another member's conduct. Nothing excludes a warranty, duty, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Paid entitlements and mandatory consumer protections remain subject to applicable law.

21 Liability and indemnification

TRNSD does not seek through this draft to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from conduct or duties for which applicable law prohibits limitation. No monetary damages cap is adopted by this draft. Any proposed cap or exclusion of categories of loss must be reviewed and included in the final agreement before acceptance.

To the extent lawful, you are responsible for losses caused by your unlawful content or conduct. Any duty to indemnify TRNSD for third-party claims is proposed only for claims directly resulting from your unlawful content, infringement, or material breach, excludes TRNSD's own misconduct, and requires counsel to confirm notice, defense control, cooperation, and settlement protections. This draft does not impose an unlimited indemnity.

22 Disputes and consumer rights

Colorado law and an appropriate Denver forum are proposed for counsel's consideration, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional limits. No arbitration clause, class-action waiver, jury waiver, arbitration administrator, or opt-out deadline is adopted by this draft.

The final agreement must preserve any applicable small-claims access and nonwaivable state or national consumer rights. Required state-specific cancellation, subscription, dating-service, privacy, and other notices must be completed for approved launch jurisdictions before release.

23 Mobile platform terms

For an Apple-distributed application, any applicable custom license is between you and TRNSD, not Apple. Apple has no maintenance or support obligation for the application. TRNSD remains responsible for applicable product claims and intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce the applicable license as third-party beneficiaries.

Any final custom license must include required Apple usage, warranty, eligibility, and third-party agreement provisions. Store terms and mandatory rights apply to purchases; this draft does not replace them. Platform-specific language must be confirmed against the actual distribution agreements before release.

24 Communications and deletion

Account, application, safety, and transaction communications may be delivered through the portal and available authorized channels. Marketing consent is separate from necessary service communications. SMS, push, or other optional channels require applicable permissions and opt-out information; this draft does not enroll you in unconfigured channels.

You may request account deletion through the available account or support workflow. Limited records may remain where reasonably necessary and lawful for security, enforcement, payment reconciliation, disputes, or other stated retention purposes. Deletion does not erase a permanent restriction or automatically cancel an external subscription. Returning membership remains subject to current eligibility and review requirements.

25 Changes and general terms

Material changes to effective Terms require appropriate notice and, where required, renewed agreement. A revised date alone is not a substitute for required notice or consent. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights.

The final Terms and specifically incorporated agreements form the applicable agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder should continue only to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver. No partnership, employment, or agency is created. Assignment may occur only consistently with law, existing obligations, and required notices. Provisions that by their nature need to survive termination do so only to the extent lawful.

26 Contact

For account and membership questions, use Contact on the TRNSD website. The private website support queue is not an emergency service or a substitute for a legally designated notice address.
