TRNSD Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

TRNSD, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, operates TRNSD. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website, membership applications, app, and related support services. TRNSD is intended for adults aged 18 or older in the United States.

For privacy questions or requests, contact trnsd.co@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Accounts and sign-in. We process your email address, account identifier, authentication information, and account status. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive information provided through that sign-in process, such as your account identifier, email address, and profile information. We do not receive your Google password.

Membership applications. We collect the information you provide when applying, including your chosen name, age-related information, membership pathway, photos, written responses, assessment answers, referral information where supplied, and required acknowledgments. We also maintain application status, assessment results, review records, and relevant activity timestamps.

Profiles and interactions. Depending on the features you use, we process profile photos, biography, gender identity, pronouns, sexual orientation, relationship intentions and preferences, location information, messages, community contributions, and other information you choose to provide. Some of this information is sensitive. Avoid including information about other people unless you have permission to share it.

Identity and age verification. Our verification provider, Veriff, processes identity documents, document information, selfies, and verification-session information. Depending on the verification process, this includes facial biometric information, video or liveness information, device information, and information extracted from an identity document. TRNSD processes linked verification results and information needed to determine identity and age eligibility. Our server uses verified document birth-date information to evaluate the minimum-age requirement; application acceptance alone does not establish age verification.

Payments. Stripe processes payment information submitted through its checkout. TRNSD receives payment-related records such as transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and the membership or application associated with a payment. Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than collected through TRNSD application forms.

Support and safety. We process inquiries, replies, reports, attachments you provide, moderation records, and internal records necessary to investigate issues and manage support. Internal staff notes and private screening information are not member-facing profile content.

Technical information. We and our service providers process information needed to operate and secure the services, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, session identifiers, errors, and service activity. Cookies and similar browser storage support functions such as sign-in, sessions, security, and saved application progress.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and secure accounts and provide the services you request.
  • Save and review applications, evaluate membership eligibility, and communicate decisions.
  • Verify identity and adult eligibility, prevent fraud, and enforce account restrictions.
  • Process payments and establish the membership eligibility associated with confirmed payments.
  • Create and maintain profiles, enable member interactions, and apply privacy settings.
  • Respond to support requests, investigate reports, and protect members and the service.
  • Diagnose technical problems, maintain records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Assessment scoring and verification systems support these processes. They do not mean that every membership decision is made solely by automated processing. Membership review also involves authorized staff. You may contact us with questions about a decision or to request review where available.

What other members and staff can see

Profile information you make available through the service may be visible to other members according to the feature and applicable settings. Recipients may retain copies of information you share, including messages or screenshots.

Private application responses, screening scores, reviewer notes, support records, and payment details are not transferred into a member-facing profile. Where an application is used to help create your app profile, we use selected profile-appropriate information, such as your chosen name, biography, relevant preferences, and appropriate photo—not the entire application.

Membership reviewers receive the verification status and age-verification result needed for their work. The Membership Review interface does not display raw identity documents, selfies, biometric data, or verification birth dates. This boundary does not mean verification providers never hold those materials or that separately authorized personnel can never access provider records for legitimate verification, security, or support purposes.

When we share information

We share information with service providers as needed to operate TRNSD, including hosting and infrastructure providers, Supabase for backend and authentication services, Resend for email, Veriff for verification, and Stripe for payments. Information provided directly to these services may also be governed by their privacy notices.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse or fraud, or establish or defend legal claims. Information may also be involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

We may share information at your direction or with your consent. Access by personnel is limited according to their responsibilities and the purposes for which access is needed.

Sale, targeted advertising, and advertising technology

TRNSD does not sell personal information and does not currently share personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use advertising pixels or advertising SDKs for cross-service behavioral targeting.

These statements describe our current practices, not a promise that we will never introduce advertising or advertising technology. Before introducing practices that qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law, we will conduct a separate privacy and legal review, update this Privacy Policy, provide any required notices and consent or opt-out mechanisms, and implement the appropriate controls before activating those practices.

Sensitive information and verification

Gender-related information, sexual orientation, relationship information, identity documents, and biometric information require particular care. We use this information for the purposes described here and provide additional notices or request consent where required by applicable law. This Privacy Policy is not a substitute for any separate biometric or sensitive-information consent that the law requires.

Veriff's processing is described in its Privacy Notice. Verification records may be retained under the service configuration and applicable contractual and legal requirements. Contact us with a verification-data request; we may need to coordinate with the provider to address it.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed, including account operation, application review, payment reconciliation, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Withdrawing an application or closing a window does not itself delete all associated information.

For declined or withdrawn membership applications, we retain application answers and application photos for 12 months after the final decision or withdrawal. After that period, they will be deleted or de-identified unless continued retention is reasonably necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, safety, security, dispute, or enforcement purposes. Records kept for those purposes are limited to what is necessary rather than retaining the entire application by default.

The 24-hour waiting period before a withdrawn application can be restored with its saved answers remains separate from this retention period. If you are eligible to reapply before the 12-month period expires, your prior application may remain available to authorized Membership staff as permitted by our policies.

This 12-month rule does not authorize retention of raw third-party identity-verification materials. Veriff and other verification-provider data are governed by a separate verification-data retention policy and provider configuration.

For accepted applicants, we retain private submitted Membership Application answers for the duration of active membership and for 12 months after the membership/account relationship ends, unless a narrowly scoped legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, appeal, or enforcement hold requires longer retention.

Original Membership Application photos are retained for 12 months following acceptance, then deleted provided the membership decision is final, any applicable appeal or review period has passed, the member's independent app-profile photo or media has been successfully established where applicable, and no active legal, safety, fraud, dispute, or enforcement hold applies. App-profile data and independent profile-media copies have a separate retention lifecycle and are not governed by this application-photo rule.

When an application-retention period expires, we retain only narrowly necessary audit, legal, or safety records rather than the complete application by default.

You can request deletion by emailing trnsd.co@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law, including records needed to address fraud, restrictions, financial obligations, disputes, or legal claims. Backup copies and provider-held records may follow separate deletion processes. We will explain applicable limitations when responding to your request.

Your choices and privacy requests

Account deletion and recovery

When you request account deletion, your account enters a 30-day deletion and recovery period. Your profile immediately becomes non-discoverable and is removed from Discovery, new matching and social interactions are disabled, and the account is treated as pending deletion rather than active. During this period, profile information and profile photos may remain privately stored solely to permit account recovery.

After 30 days, we delete or irreversibly de-identify profile information and delete profile photos from active TRNSD systems. Narrowly necessary records may remain where reasonably required for legal obligations, safety investigations, fraud or abuse prevention, payment or accounting records, disputes or chargebacks, moderation or enforcement history, litigation, or other legal holds. These exceptions do not justify retaining your complete dating profile or photo library by default.

Backup and disaster-recovery copies expire under a separate backup-retention schedule and are not used as active user records. Private membership-application records follow the separate application-retention rules described above.

You can use available account and profile controls to review or update information and manage applicable privacy and device-permission settings. Restricting required information or permissions may prevent a feature from working.

Depending on your state, applicable law, and its coverage requirements, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw certain consent; and opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. Contact trnsd.co@gmail.com to exercise an applicable right or ask how it applies to your information.

We may need to verify your identity and, where appropriate, an authorized agent's authority. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or identity-document copies in your initial email. We will provide instructions if additional verification is necessary.

If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response or emailing the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We will address applicable requests and appeals within the periods required by law. You may also contact your state attorney general or other relevant regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Security and service providers

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including authentication and access restrictions. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Although TRNSD initially serves the United States, service providers may process information in other locations. Provider arrangements and applicable legal requirements govern those activities.

Children and underage users

TRNSD is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe an underage person has provided information or obtained an account, contact trnsd.co@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law, and additional consent will be requested where required.
